Our Academy
We offer specialized, accredited programs that provide formal recognition for expertise in peacebuilding and conflict transformation. These programs are developed in collaboration with leading academic and institutions.
The Academy offers training in structured facilitation for group dynamics, professional mediation to resolve social divides, and early warning systems to identify and de-escalate tensions before reaching crisis points.
We believe leadership is the gateway to inclusive peace. This program is tailored to help leaders move toward a values-based, ethical approach that prioritizes social cohesion and justice.
We train government officials in policy, equip security actors with mediation, empower civil society through dialogue, and expand participation for women and youth leaders within formal, inclusive national peace processes.
